“We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. “ I booked this bed and breakfast last minute Luckily I got this gem of a b and b The booking was super easy, correspondence with the owner was exceptional. On arrival we were greeted by Claire one of the owners very friendly and gave us very clear instructions about our stay . The room was ideal for us as there were only myself and my husband and we're staying just two nights . We had everything we could possibly need and we were messaged to say if we needed anything to let them know . I liked……

The family room is clean and tidy and spacious.A bit of challenge for family with heavy luggage as upper floor room got no lift. If the toilet has a larger mirror and the dining table larger for a family of four, the hotel deserves 6 of the full mark is 5.The hotel is close to the Lumley Street (the main shoppinh street).”

“A very nice well kept property all appliances were available we had a very nice stay although the garden furniture had been neglected glass table covered in dirt and chairs my wife cleaned them up but apart from that we had a very nice stay. ”
