“Close to downtown, private, convenient, clean, has all necessary amenities and feels like home. Only recommendation is to not pick this location if you are driving. Parking is almost non-existent in the area. ”

“Mostly as described. Does have some old building issues - narrow hallways, small main bathroom, slanted floors, damp/humid. Queen bed is in room against the road, which doesn’t have the en suite bathroom, and can be a little noisy at night. Overall, great location, pet friendly in a dog friendly neighborhood, attentive host with easy check-in/out, even left some snacks, coffee, etc.”

“We love this house. When you walk in you feel a "Wow" moment. The interior is beautiful, updated, and very stylish! It's perfect for four people, everything is clean and comfortable, the beds are very nice and very comfortable. The house is well stocked with a hair dryer, soap, towels, wash cloths, dishes, spices, plastic bags, and other kitchen items. It's great being on the river and there's plenty of seating, both on the deck which has a table and chairs, and adirondack chairs on the lower……

“I traveled to Baltimore for a course. The property was walkable to the course and Patterson park was lovely! Everything was close via a walk or a short uber. The home was clean and beautiful. It was a safe area and if I go back to Baltimore I’d stay here again.”

“This was exactly what we needed for our trip up north. A clean and safe environment for my family (including small children) to stay for a week. It definitely has some “handyman special” fixes/renovations around the house, but nothing we couldn’t learn/figure out how to work around. Such things as, the vent hole in the tub drain was caulked over so the tub took forever to drain and both toilets in the house had very little to no leg room to sit comfortably. But for the cost, you learn to live……

“Overall you’re getting what you pay for. The downstairs toilet didn’t work and there weren’t any towels or lotion but the place was spacey and nice”
