「Everything was perfect!」

「We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. 」

「Great location… Lots of places to eat, and close to the venue we were there for. The apartment was clean and the shower in the master bathroom was wonderful! Communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall, a great stay!! 」

「The location is quiet and conveniently near many food options and a grocery store. The place has comfortable furniture and everything was clean. Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy」

「Property manger John was super communicative. Place was very clean, wellappointed and equipped. A covered parking spot is available for the unit and there is ample street parking too. Location is terrific: 5 minutes from the Biltmore shopping area, and about 15 minutes from both the airport and downtown Scottsdale. Shops, coffee shops and restaurants all very close by. Recommend and would stay again.」

「The host responded quickly when I had a question. The condo was in good condition, nice, and clean. We also felt very safe.There was plenty of space for us to spread out.The location was within walking distance of our marathon event or close enough to use Lyft for a small fee.The only thing I made note of was that I was not able to get the bedroom tv to choose channels once it was turned on using the remote. The remote batteries could have been dead, but not sure. It was not a problem for me...

「Andrea was a great host. The property was clean and modern and easy to access. Andrea was very helpful and accessible for anything I needed. And when mother natural failed to cooperate and we ended up getting stranded for another two days Andrea was there to help and extend our stay. I will be back again if my daughter decides to go to Arizona State. Thank you」
