“There is almost no where to stay in Gilmer, but this cabin was perfect. You can hear the road noise, but it’s really not horrible. We have family of 6, with kids between the ages of 1-14. Everyone had their own bed, and our older kids thought the loft was really cool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The A/C works great. My kids enjoyed walking the property too. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family. ”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”

“Wonderful stay at Littlecreek Cabin! Our kind of place - off beaten path, peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Katie is the BEST host! She learned we were going to be celebrating the 94th birthday of my husband’s mom and left some birthday surprises for her! “Truly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Just a few suggestions. Replace grill grate...the one we used was pretty warped. Rugs needed vacuuming/washed. Cabin had a pretty musty smell. The tub needs a mat asap. Randy fell just turning around in it. Extremely slippery.”
