“Nice”

“This property is under renovation. 3 rd floor rooms - TV doesn’t work. Electric outlets didn’t work. Drapes didn’t keep glaring parking lot lights out of room at night- difficult to sleep. I reported all to management on site. They said they were aware of the issues. I said then why are they not telling customers in advance and why are they renting rooms on the 3 td floor? Plus halls had taped Sheetrock recently added- not painted. I do not recommend anyone staying here.”

“This version sounds personal and genuine, like something you’d naturally say: I absolutely love staying here. The rooms are big and clean, and the location is perfect. You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. I honestly feel like I can call them my friends. As a female, there have been times……

“Very clean and welcoming room. Great mattress and shower was awesome. Very nice. A little noisy so close to the street but to be expected. Highly recommend. ”

“The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. Everything was quiet, well kept, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Mount Pleasant.”

“Just a normal business hotel, nothing special but all service engage, the hotel located in freeway side and find out foods/drinks and basic staffs very easy”

“1st, Jennifer at the front desk was kind, funny, and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfy, the kitchenette had the basics and storage bowls too. The pool was cloudy and half of the washers and dryers did not work. We will return.”

“Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.”

“Really run down and not clean. All linens were stained badly. Bathroom floor was filthy. Sticky substance on night stand. Desperately needs to be painted and cleaned”
