「Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.」

The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. 「1st, Jennifer at the front desk was kind, funny, and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfy, the kitchenette had the basics and storage bowls too. The pool was cloudy and half of the washers and dryers did not work. We will return.」

「I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.」
