“Buyer beware! Paid for extra protection and the day of the stay I couldn't find my purse and I was told I couldn't check in without my license and visa which were in my purse. I called Expedia and Ameristar and each of them blamed the other. I see this as Expedia's chance to do the right thing. They didn’t. I got the same response for both emails I sent. Been using Expedia for everything. Very disappointed. I am not using Expedia again. If you choose to, know the extra protection doesn't……

“We really liked it there. Peaceful, quiet and gorgeous view from our dome. Some staff, although all were nice, were not up to par on their jobs, but it is a new resort and they have some things to work on. We would go again in a heartbeat.”

“Easy access to the venue. Once you check in to are able to relax and pregame before the concert. What makes it fun is meeting and seeing all the other people heading to the concert.”

“Toilet was clogged , they came to fix it. Was clogged again so I think something is wrong with their plumbing, they never came to fix it. They made us wait 2 hours to “come fix it and bring towels to shower” they never showed up.”

“The shower faucet was very (VERY) tight to open & close (actually, I needed to use towel to turn it). Your staff (lady) could not open it simply because it was so tight. They should fix it right away...”

“Hotel just felt very dirty and rundown. Not the standard I’ve seen at other Baymonts. There was even a creepy Barbie doll strapped to the fire sprinkler in our room. Lots of careless and sloppy repairs like caulk slapped everywhere.”

“Everything about our stay was great. Went to a concert at Red Rocks, easy commute! Towels need to be replaced….a little crunchy.”

“This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money.”

“Great room. Only downside was that the restaurant didn’t open for breakfast until 8 am.”
