「Great location, yet quiet. Rooms were a good size.」

「Room bug and clean.great view.the price is including breakfast, but bad service and food. The staff lack of initiative when we check in.」

「The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all. The host was very kind and texted me to ensure everything went fine and if I needed anything - very kind and nice of her. The room type I...

「We had a wonderful stay at Tre Le Mura! Matteo was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the room was surprisingly quiet, even though it’s located right above a very lively and busy bar. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to Grotta Palazzese and explore the area on foot. Everything was just wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend Tre Le Mura — a thousand times...

「All the things were great, except that the check out arrangement were terrible. The staff supposed to arrange a shuttle bus for us to go back the car park. However, the staff didn't tell us and did not answer the phone, when the shuttle is arrived. So we missed the shuttle and the outside temperature is over 35 degree , so we have to find our way back to the car park.」

「The original room was fine, except the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot. We tried to politely address the issue with the young lady who showed us to our room, however, we were told that it was working and that was how “their air conditioning worked”- when we had just been in their very cooled off reception area. The representative ended the conversation with she’d fix it with their controls at their office and would come back to check on it. After giving them approximately...

「Clean room comfy mattress. Great location」
