「ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. "The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance."
