“We had a fantastic time in this beautiful Colonge location. The pool, landscaping and views were absolutely perfect! The house featured all we needed to enjoy a coffee on the terrace in the morning, and a nice kitchen and dining space for dinners in. It was HOT, the fans did help but it was difficult to cool down as having the windows open welcomed lots of mosquitoes in the evenings. We traveled with our elderly father in law, who took some time to adjust to the stair situation. The restrooms……

“Da wir L'Escala und die Umgebung schon von vorherigen Sommerurlauben kannten, hatten wir 2025 besonders genau gesucht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist uns dann aufgefallen und wurde auch sofort für 2 Wochen gebucht.Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Flexibel wurde von William sogar noch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.Beim Haus selbst hat uns vor allem der große Pool gefallen, der mit dunklen Mosaikfliesen gefliest ist, die das Wasser bereits auf eine……

“Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und einem Kind und haben das Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist schön, der Pool toll und auch im Haus gibt es viel Platz und sogar drei Terassen. Irgendwo findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum verweilen. Vom Haus ist man zudem super schnell zu Fuss am Strand, in Supermärkten oder in Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We stayed at the villa during the June heatwave. What a relief to an have airconditioned bedroom and a superb swimming pool to cool off in.Inside the villa, there is plenty of space to relax and everything you need for preparing food. However we spent most of our time in the pool or sitting reading in one of the many seating areas around the villa - you can always find shade. The gardens are wonderful with fruit trees, lawned areas and many succulents in pots all around the perimeter. The……

“Our group of two families aged from 20 to 60 years had a lovely time in this beautiful home in the heart of characterful Peratallada. It was so convenient for retaurants, bars, and little shops, being located right in the middle of the village. The house was large and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable, air conditioning in all bedrooms was very welcome and worked a treat. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate many delicious home prepared meals in between our visits to several……

“Mooie woning, verschillende gezellige terrasjes aan, proper en volledig uitgerust. Voldoende ligstoelen. Enkele mogelijke kleine verbeterpuntjes: 1. airconditioning boven (1 toestel in de gang boven kan al veel wonderen doen bij hitte dagen).2. In de badkamer een thermostaatkraan ipv 2 aparte draaiknoppen zou het voor kinderen veel gemakkelijker maken. Ook het dopje van het bad is aan vernieuwing toe (water loopt bijna niet weg). Verder is het een hele fijne woning, super vriendelijke eigenaars……

“We had a great time in L'Escala and ond one of the reasons therefore was the house we booked. A house just for us! Kids, dog were alle very happy!Best service if you need anything.”

“Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Objekt leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. “Mängel” wurden innerhalb einer Stunde beseitigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Die checkin Zeit ist leider erst um 17 Uhr. Der eigentümer wohnt unten drunter, kriegt man aber nicht viel von mit aber er ist nett. Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich gut eingerichtet aber das nötigste vorhanden. Von den Treppen zum Haus und zum Pool sollte man aufjedenfall noch Bilder mit in das Inserat……

“Bonjour, La maison est tres bien, bien situee, que ce soit pour les amoureux de la plage ou des visites (pas trop loin de Barcelone / Figueres ...) Je recommande. Seule information, la cuisine est a l'etage et il y a donc un escalier pour rejoindre la piscine et la table exterieure. Merci”
