「Da wir L'Escala und die Umgebung schon von vorherigen Sommerurlauben kannten, hatten wir 2025 besonders genau gesucht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist uns dann aufgefallen und wurde auch sofort für 2 Wochen gebucht.Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Flexibel wurde von William sogar noch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.Beim Haus selbst hat uns vor allem der große Pool gefallen, der mit dunklen Mosaikfliesen gefliest ist, die das Wasser bereits auf eine...

「Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus.」

「Very nice villa lovely neighborhood. Beautiful view. Beds lounge kitchen spot on. Outside paths and lighting need a bit of maintenance. We would stay there again.」

「Your website states bedlinen and towels included but we had to pay extra. Fortunately we found out before we arrived. There were 6 sunbeds and 9 dining chairs. No kettle and inadequate kitchenware. No mention of a very steep hill for anyone with mobility issues. 」

「Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und einem Kind und haben das Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist schön, der Pool toll und auch im Haus gibt es viel Platz und sogar drei Terassen. Irgendwo findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum verweilen. Vom Haus ist man zudem super schnell zu Fuss am Strand, in Supermärkten oder in Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

In dieser Konstellation war die Villa mit dem Pool, dem angrenzenden Tennis/Padelplatz mit Flutlicht, der Tischtennisplatte, dem Billard- und Air Hockey-Tisch super für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Schattenplätze zum Sitzen und sich aufhalten. Nicht so toll sind in dem Haus die Bäder und 16 Personen können dort nicht vernünftig schlafen. 「Super accueil , depuis qu'on était encore sur l'autoroute jusque devant la porte... et dans la cuisine nous attendait l'apéro de bienvenue . Maison très bien entretenue et bien équipé, top pour les amateurs de cuisine. Endroit calme, pas de bruit la nuit et piscine de rêve pour contempler la mer. Beaucoup de consignes pour les restaurants et les excursions, mais difficile de choisir entre partir ou rester pour le dolce far niente dans cette villa! 」

「Lieu absolument magnifique et magique !!! Nous avons passé des moments vraiment formidable, la vue est extraordinaire et la tranquilité exeptionnelle! Un lieu de rêve avec beaucoup d'espace, une piscine avec vue imprenable sur la mer et un garage frais et très spacieux bien pratique sous ces chaleurs !!!Même si il est possible de s'en passer, nous avons eu un petit soucis avec la clim mais je suis certain que cela à été arrangé très vite après notre passage...J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !...

"The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
