Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture. Barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire facility.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 24 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with dinette. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker induction cooker and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort
Reception, 1 restaurant, beach bar, pool bar, and laundromat. In the neighboring Holiday Village, you will find a supermarket, fruit and vegetable vendor, tobacco shop, ATM, and a self-service restaurant. Within the accommodation complex, lovers of good cuisine have a choice between various street food options: from main courses, pizza, fish, meat, baked goods to ice cream. On the beach, quick snacks are available at the Fresco Bar and Chalet California. For a more traditional dinner, the nearby restaurant "Da Romano" (on the cycling and walking path) offers excellent local cuisine.


Location
Giulianova. The mobile home is located on a campsite. The complex is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the central Adriatic coast, just 2.5 km from the centre of Giulianova, which can be easily reached on foot, by bicycle via the cycle and foot path, or by the municipal bus service. This holiday village offers a unique combination of relaxation and fun, ideal for families, couples and nature lovers. Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the village. To ensure a calm and safe environment, it is not permitted to drive cars or motorised vehicles in the village, nor to use electric scooters.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to mid-September). Children's pool. Relax in the village's three swimming pools, suitable for both the youngest and adults, with pools of varying depths (30 cm, 60 cm, 130 cm). The little ones can enjoy two water slides, while adults can enjoy neck and back massages thanks to water sponges and jets. For additional relaxation, two whirlpools are available. The pool bar completes the experience. Admission is free, and loungers and umbrellas are available subject to availability. The swimming pools are open from May 21st to September 14th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis, table football, boccia / petanque and bike rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. The entertainment programme at the resort runs from the beginning of June to mid-September and offers a varied programme for all age groups. For children aged 4 to 8, the mini club is open daily from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 18:30, with creative activities and games. Teenagers can take part in the Junior and Maxi Club activities, while adults can choose from a mix of morning gymnastics, aqua gym, sports tournaments and Caribbean dancing, as well as aerobics and yoga classes. Every evening, shows, baby dance and group dances will liven up the summer evenings. On the beach, the little ones can have fun in the mini club, while the older ones can compete in boccia and beach volleyball tournaments or have fun in the leisure room with table football, table tennis and cornhole. Bicycles can be hired for exploring the surrounding area. Organised excursions can also be booked at reception.

Shopping 1400 m, restaurant 350 m, town centre 3.3 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 300 m in Giulianova (beach 300 m in Giulianova with sand). The facility has direct access to a beautiful beach with fine golden sand via the cycling and footpath that runs along the village. The beach is 200 metres long and 100 metres wide, and thanks to the gently sloping seabed, it is ideal for children. One parasol and two sun loungers per mobile home are included in the price. Guests also have access to free hot showers and small culinary offerings at Chalet California and the Fresco Bar.
