"Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant.
Food was awesome too.
Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. "

"The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne."

"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. "Perfect apartment for a ski vacation in Val Thorens! The apartment is near plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and it is in the center of town. In addition, the apartment is perfectly located for skiing and snowboarding!!"
"Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!"
"Amazing hotel for a ski resort.
Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley.
It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort.
Breakfast options were huge to start the day.
The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine.
Spa was impressive but often busy.
Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way to cool it down other than opening a window/door. The boot room didn’t have locks on the doors or anywhere to store skis (which I assume is because everyone rents from their ski shop but that was expensive), and even with the transfers it is removed from the centre of the resort, so you will spend a lot of time walking up and down hill - but that was our choice.

Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. Simple clean spacious if not dated decor. The flat has a nice layout and you can spend a week here comfortably & contrary to other reviews reception is very helpful (esp Anna) when its open.

Constant cigarette smoke come through the kitchen and bathroom vents. I had a blocked nose throughout, really unhappy that my 11 yrs old exposed. Its a design failure so no point complaining to reception."
