“Work still in progress changing it from whatever it was to a Hawthorne. Thermostat hanging sideways on wall, some caulking in room and main hallway needs to be touched up, no stopper in bathroom sink. OK for one night's sleep. Breakfast selection limited. Needs a good inspection review before calling it complete.”

“The facility was recently updated. It was clean and quiet. I felt safe at the facility. It is located in an area where it is easy to get around if you are traveling. I would recommend staying here. The price was very good for the services received.”

“We have stayed at this property many times before and this trip the overall maintenance was questionable. There were at least two non-functioning lights in our room, burned out lights in the lobby and the A/C was not working in the hall of the second floor. The staff was about the same not overly friendly but not rude either.”

“The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and also I was charged for the booking and I never even stayed in the room. I never even checked in because the rude customer or worker at the front desk did not understand that I was in a domestic problem, that’s why I booked the remote two and she wanted me to give her $60 extra to put in her pocket to be able to book in and say there at 2 o’clock in the morning and so yeah, and she kept buying saying that the manager was not there when he was……

“Just a normal business hotel, nothing special but all service engage, the hotel located in freeway side and find out foods/drinks and basic staffs very easy”

“Landon at the front desk was great. Very respectful and sweat. Gave me some ideas as to where to go local. Which was very helpful. I had some very noisy people staying in the room next me who argued loudly until after midnight. I told them to sit up 3 x’s. The third time they stopped. And then they decided to start back up at around 430am. This interrupted my sleep and made me very angry that morning.. I told them once again to shut up. When I came down and told the young man at the desk,……

“Place was clean but staff was very rude and when I asked about the pool for my kids to swim they said it's closed and after I asked if chance if they served breakfast they said no and were extremely rude and demanded that myself and 2 daughters, who just had their mother pass away, check out or they would have to call the police. I've been traveling for the last 2 years for work and have never been treated this way. THEIR POOL IS NOT OPEN.”
