「Great place to stay and easy to get to!!! 」

「Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. There was a ln area power outage in the area and our hosts were right there letting us know there was an issue and making sure we were ok」

「The cabin is so cute! The decor is all woodsy themed with bears and deer and fish. The backyard is amazing. Cute little fireplace, a hammock, totally fenced in yard, string lights, tiki torch, grill, patio set- the whole 9. Even darts and cornhole. Best part? The backyard is mostly under a huge tree- so even when it was sprinkling- we didn’t get wet. The kitchen is tiny, but it does the job. The mattress in the master is SO COMFORTABLE. 「Very nice place, quiet and good location. Supplied us with wood for a bonfire and clean towels, wash clothes and even coffee. Didn't expect that but greatly appreciated. Would stay again.」

「Our stay was great, plenty of room for the 5 of us staying. We also had family members come for the day, and we all enjoyed the atmosphere, and the things to do in Houghton Lake. The house was well equipped with everything we might have forgotten back home. We loved being in the backyard having bonfires every night.」
