Great hotel!

Amazing hotel with some great views. Plenty of things to do for the kids, and kids loved the 2 floor room. Very nice and helpful staff. Food was quite nice. Again Amazing views on the Alps and lake below. Cable car not far from the hotel. Free parking spaces. Would highly recommend!

We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!

Great for my short stays

It’s my second time at the Seminar Hotel. I always stayed for short periods (one or two nights). I enjoyed my stay livery much. The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly and the room is enough for me. Just keep in mind that the bathroom and WC are shared. But that’s not a problem for me. They are very clean. The surrounding area is breathtaking. I would book it again if I have the chance.

Small but functional room. Very hot so had to sleep with all windows open which wasnt very safe but i didnt have a choice! Breakfast was good, freshly made bread was great! Parking quite a way from the building but nothing too strenuous. Shared bathrooms spotless.

The location was amazing. I booked the room with panoramic view and a private bathroom. Let me say, the view was breathtaking. It was very quiet and calm. The room was very clean apart from some stain on the sheets. Bathroom was spotless. The staff was really helpful both on the reception and the dining hall. Breakfast options were really small. I was out by 7.40 and there was no cheese. I think hitel could work on this. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area again.

Good hotel with a helpful and friendly staff

We had a long drive behind us when arriving to this hotel around 22:00 in a Sunday evening. We knew it beforehand and called to the hotel so that the late check-in could be arranged. Everything went smoothly and we got our keycards from the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant staff was also overly nice as we got late night snacks for a fee from the restaurant just before they closed. Our room was clean and with a good view down to the lake. Breakfast was good. Free parking spaces near the hotel was a great thing too. Only downside was the price tag, as it seems to be almost everywhere here in Switzerland.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be boiled alive. I never write negative reviews, but I will now. It was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. no air conditioning, no fans, no ventilation, nothing. I sweat more lying still in bed here than I do on a 20km run. we tried to open the window to no avail other than to be eaten by mosquitoes. Mostly empty at the breakfast buffet before breakfast closed. Worst hotel experience I've had.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. When we got there, we wanted something to drink and eat. We were told that she was on break, but if we wanted to sit outside, she would come see what we wanted. more than 45 minutes passed, as several people came out to the patio, all of the sudden I noticed that they all had food and beverages! We walked out. There are no TV'S, no fan, no air conditioning and the only window to open was a glass door, being on the ground floor, wasn't going to do that. Breakfast was included, but they had run out of nearly everything when we came down at 8. several people came after us, a very small amount of some items would come out 1 at a time. Would never recommend.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht und hatten ein Günstigeres Zimmer mit gemeinschaftsbad. Das Zimmer war aber sehr ansprechend mit Balkon, Das Gemeinschaftsbad Lag direkt gegenüber. Der sbereich mit seinem grossen speisesaal der terrasse bietet ein einmalige aussicht auf den walen see und die Umgebung. Personal super freundlich Und der bereich um das hotel nett und aufenthaltsfreundlich angelegt.

Die Umgebung ist ein Traum , das Frühstück einfach klasse mit sehr hochwertigen Produkten-einfach toll. Alles ist super sauber , aber , unser Zimmer war nix. Unterm Dach - einfacher als einfach , kaum Steckdosen , heiß wie die Hölle mit Dusche/WC auf dem Gang . Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art und nicht zur Wiederholung empfohlen. Was schade ist , denn alles Andere ist traumhaft.

Einfaches Haus mit Traumsicht

Netter Aufenthalt. Schönes funktionales Zimmer. Abendmenu eher einfache Küche mit viel „Maria Hilf“ Produkten. Frühstück einfach und gut. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und der Gastro-Terrasse war atemberaubend. Hatte Doppel zur Einzelnutzung gebucht. Als DZ mit zwei Personen wäre mir das Bett für 2 Personen zu schmal.
