「Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. 」

「The breakfast and dinner menu is really good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! My daughter and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! One thing we would suggest is that the staff clean out the whirlpool periodically throughout the day because of the amount of oil and dirt that we saw while trying to relax. That was a turn off for us returning back to the pool the next day.」

「The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.」

「Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. 」

「I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She 」

「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」
