We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. 「Very nice place! Carol is very nice - greeted me in the driveway, she keeps a really nice garden and takes good care of her property. The place is not big but everything we needed - two full bedrooms plus a decent-sized living area. And I enjoyed hanging out on the screened patio any time of day and taking in the natural habitat. It’s a little bit of a walk to parts of downtown - seems like more of a drive. I would definitely stay here again!」

「The most beautiful Mountain View, very secluded and perfect on the inside. Very comfortable bedding and soft blankets to rock under on the porch while you sip your coffee and watch the sunset.」

「Great house for a weekend away. Right around the corner from downtown Highlands. Would be happy to stay here again. 」

「Loved the property especially the hot tub. Kayla Cooper did a GREAT job cleaning the property. She was very helpful instructing us on local places to "sight -see" and eat. 」

「The property was absolutely beautiful! We had a little trouble with the internet when we got there (from no fault of Barbie's of course). She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that we stayed in touch with out kiddos while away! I appreciate the cleanliness and the gorgeous decor of the Lakeside Haven. I would definitely return!」

「Our favorite place! Just perfect. 」

「Michelle was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Her house is clean and organized with a well-stocked kitchen. The location was great for my wife and I which is quiet and private, although conveniently located near Sylva, Dillsboro, Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Would definitely return. 」

「I just LOVED my stay at this cabin. The outdoor space is one of the best I've had the opportunity to enjoy. The front porch has plush oversize seating and a swing for morning coffee and late night relaxation with beautiful lighting. There was also a covered deck area steps away from the house that sat next to the creek which allowed you to stretch out and listed to the water and soak up nature. This cabin had just the right amount of rustic quality with modern finishes in the kitchen and...

「We loved our stay at Cattail Cottage. It was cozy, comfortable and close to the shops in Cashiers. There were several outdoor spaces to enjoy. The kitchen has a great coffee/tea bar and it was stocked with samples for your visit. The owner also left a snack basket that we throughly enjoyed. Checkout was a breeze! 」

「We were looking for peace and quiet and thats exactly what we got!!! The Crazy Daisy made you feel so relaxed. All we wanted to do was relax on the couch and watch movies, sit on the porch and rock in the chairs then sit in the hot tub. We loved how big the bed was abd comy. It was everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again. 」
