Otis Cottage at Julep Farms

The Otis cottage is one of our more masculine, edgy, and moody cottages with a Cool Grandpa vibe. This cottage takes you back to the 1930’s-1950’s encompassing a vibrant and rich color scheme, great for relaxing, reading, and cocktails. Upon entry to the Otis Cottage, you walk first into the great room with rich stained wood walls, tall vaulted ceilings, and velvet and leather upholstered furniture. Two wet bars flank the river rock fireplace with a vast TV for late-night movies. The Minibar area has a wine fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and quartz countertops.

The Otis is a 2-bedroom plan, each with its own large bedroom and ensuite bathroom, closet, and changing areas. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks as well as designer soaps, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. Each Master suite boasts premium high thread count linens, plenty of pillows, chests of drawers, and an LED large-screen TV. Television features ROKU TV's where guests are able to log into personal steaming apps yet, YouTube Streaming is provided with Network Sports. There is also Free Wi-Fi (Fiber) throughout the resort at no charge. The front porch is a favorite with 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs and great views of the green valley and surrounding mountains with cool breezes.
