“The accomodation was easy to find and the instructions for self check in were good.
When calling to confirm the booking they didn’t answer the phone, I called at 3 different times of day.
The sheets on the bed had not been changed, they had dirty marks all through them. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and had hair and dirt marks everywhere.
The towel rail in the bathroom was also falling off the wall.
The tea and coffee sachets were old and melted together in a dirty container.”
“I liked the relaxed and informal atmosphere.
My first sight of the laundry looked like a junkyard of broken and rusting machines, but to their credit there was a transformation with the junk removed and replaced with new and gleaming machines.”
