“We arrived in Pigeon Forge and checked into a hotel that was covered in black mold. A quick search popped up this hotel. We were initially hesitant, believing we needed to be on the Parkway. Boy, was I wrong! We drove up to a beautiful, well-lit, and inviting property that was mere seconds from parking for The Island. “This was our first time at Apple Valley and we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Rooms are super clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of items. The coffee and hot cidar available 24/7 in the lobby were excellent. Both indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained, with the outdoor pool even including a lift for handicapped access and extra towels available poolside.
