「This Motel 6 was great for the price. It was a very comfortable, quiet stay. The staff was excellent and kind. Now this is budget so don't look for fancy amenities. However, it is well kept and clean for the price. It is convenient, right off Hwy 24 and across the bridge from Paducah, Ky where this are restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. 「It was the craziest thing. Outside this place is a disaster. Inside it's the nicest hotel room and the cleanest I have ever seen in my life. The difference is Stark. Stark Stark 」

「Yes, thus is a Motel 6, but is one of the cleanest and most responsive hotels I have stayed at. I worked nights while staying here (for over a month), and not once was I woken up by someone knocking on the door. They worked with me to clean the room on my schedule, and I was able to stay rested and alert for my job. Would definitely recommend. 」

The place itself is in need of upgrades and the finishes are cheap and have wear and tear. Overall it was a good place to stay and we were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy. Has a functioning kitchenette but no pots, pans, ect. There was coffee but only a water boiler the make it with so we had to basically throw the filter into the boiler. 「Our first impression was disappointment. No Pics of the outside I assumed it was a house. Old Motel. Neighborhood had run down houses nearby. BUT during the weekend found out that it was actually a safe area according to locals. The Motel interior was remodeled and very clean. Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed Quiet area Cons: No place to hang clothes No coffee for the coffeemaker (owner provided next day though. No bag to bring home dirty clothes.」

No hair dryer, no kleenex, the heater/ac was noisy and the room needed a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Hot water was only lukewarm and it took forever to warm up. The fridge and microwave and coffee maker was much appreciated.」

「There was a person driving around the room with an ATV after dark. PIT BULL DOG IN FRONT WHEN WE WERE READY TO LEAVE. We gave at least 4 hours notice of our arrival but the manager was 30 minutes late for our check in. Need shelf in bath room and a table near the closet to set luggage. 」

When we were booking this property the title of the listing was "Unity House South," the description did not mention "unit," and it popped up when we filtered our search by "house." 「House had everything we could possibly need or want to have a wonderful weekend. The screened porch was great for relaxing, kayaks were fun, nice little dock for fishing or stargazing. We even went for a swim! Perfectly clean and in good condition, and was near enough to go to Metropolis and Paducah for entertainment. There's a dollar store in Brookport for all of the items one inevitably forgets to pack. XD」
