Less than a 2 minute walk to one of the Oregon Coast's most amazing beaches and 5 minute drive to Gold Beach. 3 bedrooms, sleeper sofa, 3 full baths, sleeps 8, Pet Friendly.

Sandy Toes Retreat is a three story, three bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa, three full bath family home. The home is set back in a quiet and safe beach side neighborhood and is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, accessed by an easy public beach path.

THE HOME

1st Floor
Guests can easily enter the home's first floor from the driveway. Inside the entryway there is a place to sit down and take off shoes and coats. A set of inside stairs leads up to the second floor kitchen/living room area.
To the side of the entryway is an interior door leading to Game Room (description below).

2nd Floor
The second floor is the main living area with livingroom TV area, dining area, kitchen, hallway bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedrooms with en suite bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in livingroom. Interior stairway leads from main entryway on first floor into kitchen/livingroom area.

Deck On Second Floor
Large, spacious deck wraps around second floor living room areas with Ocean views, Adirondack chairs, charcoal BBQ and outdoor lighting. Door leading from the 2nd floor livingroom area exits out to the deck where there is another set of exterior stairs leading down to the driveway.

2nd Floor Kitchen
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen while visiting with friends in the living room. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a 2 door refrigerator with pull out freezer, electric stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite counters, double sink, wine rack, and lots of cabinets for storage. Everything is provided for you to do your best cooking and entertaining including electric griddle, toaster, drip coffee maker, crock pot, food processor, blender, full set of dishes, silverware, glasses and more.

2nd Floor Livingroom
Located just to the side of the kitchen with recliner, couch, TV, DVD player, and large area rug. Couch pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.

2nd Floor Dining Area
Wood dining table (seats 6) located to the side of livingroom. Also a small 2 seat bistro table located to the by kitchen for extra seating.

2nd Floor King Bedroom:
Located on the second floor in the hallway with a King bed, 2 dressers, closet, and two nightstands each with a lamp. Full bath across the hall.

2nd Floor Hallway Bathroom:
Full bath with tub/shower, single sink with mirror, and toilet.

2nd Queen Bedroom:
Located on the second floor at the end of the hallway with a Queen bed, large dresser, armoire, 1 night stands with a lamp, and an en-suite full bathroom.

2nd Floor en-suite Bathroom off of Queen bedroom:
Stand up glass shower, single sink with mirror, toilet, and towel rack.

3rd Floor
Guests can enjoy beautiful white water views of the ocean from the large third floor windows. The third floor provides two spacious livingroom seating areas, TV, game table, large full bathroom, washer/dryer, and King bedroom.

3rd Floor Livingroom Area with 2 seating areas:
Large open space living area with high ceilings and white water ocean views. The first seating area has a large sectional couch, recliner, and large smart TV. Second seating area faces the opposite direction, towards the windows and view, with a couch, loveseat and game table with 4 stool chairs.

3rd Floor Bathroom
Large grotto bathroom located in the hallway with rain shower head and 8 body jets in tiled standup shower, 2 sink granite counter, 2 mirrors, toilet, built-in towel shelves and full size washer and dryer.

3rd Floor King Bedroom
Spacious bedroom with white water ocean views over the dunes, California King bed, large french interior doors, walk-in closet, large dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands each with a lamp, chair and ottoman.

WASHER/DRYER
Full size washer and dryer located on 3rd floor in bathroom.

GAME ROOM
Located on the ground floor in a converted garage. Great family space with a pool table, foosball table, dartboard, couch, loveseat, and radio/CD player with speakers. Garage door opens up for nice days!

WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY!
PET RULES: DOGS ONLY. 2 DOG MAX. ONLY DOGS UNDER 50 POUNDS. Dogs MUST have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules. 1. Additional pet fee of $135 per stay. 2. Dogs may not be left at house alone. 3. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture. 4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out. 5. Dogs must be on a leash and accompanied by their owner.

WALK TO THE BEACH!
The public beach is only a 2 minute walk from the home. There is an easy public beach path that leads from the street, through some beach grass and small sand dune. Although the path is usually easy to walk it is not officially maintained and may be affected by weather, erosion or beach debris brought up by the tide and storms.

PARKING
Lots of parking! Parking for 3 large vehicles or 5 smaller vehicles. Driveway large enough to park boat on a trailer or a small RV (NO HOOKUPS). Guests are not allowed to stay in RV during their stay. Trailers, tow-behinds and RV’s must be approved by host before reserving. There is no inside garage parking.

LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is on the north end of Gold Beach, perfectly located just out of town but an easy 5 minute drive to the Port of Gold Beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping. The home is located in a quiet and safe beachside neighborhood.

PROPERTY SETTING
Sandy Toes Retreat is a single family home on its own property lot. Guests get the entire home to themselves (no garage access) during their stay. Although the home has wonderful ocean views and is extremely close to the beach, it is NOT beachfront and is separated from the beach by a road, a sparse line of beachfront houses, and a sand dune.

INTERNET/WIFI/CELL PHONE COVERAGE/ELECTRICITY
The home provides excellent internet and WIFI for guests during their stay. Most guests cell phone carriers get full reception. Guests should be aware that the issues related to the coastal location can cause interruption throughout the year to both internet, power and cell phone reception that are outside of the hosts control.
