The bbq was filthy yet it has a sign on it saying if it’s not cleaned 100 fee will be issued, yet it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Dead cockroaches in the laundry, the tv Netflix and 9Now apps didn’t work. The internet was absolutely horrendous. Way to many rules that were not shown before booking. And the bathrooms have Jack and Jill doors that were not shown
