不满意：客房舒适度，清洁度
Communications terrible very stressful from the rudeness of customer services the
Room Superior, 2bedroom with ocean view or River I paid for never I never got till after 2nights cause I continued pursuing it wasn’t the room I paid for cause it had no Ocean view nor river but the room they gave me had stale smoke smell and was a not the Superior 2 bedroom with ocean or river view I paid for through hotel.com, but on the 3rd day I went straight to the receptionist next morning and they still insist that’s the superior room until I told them I don’t have any Ocean or River like the picture of the room I should get and plus I requested a Queen Bed and 2nd room a double bed, next they said I got what I paid for and that’s the problems I get for booking with third party referring to you auhotel.com
5hrs since I arrived before finally I found their locations to collect the key and than the room was not even the room I booked…
But thank goodness the days went by fast and then they told me the picture of the room I booked is just a picture don’t know where auhotel.com got those pictures from , I used to work in Travels and the photos of resorts, hotels rooms pictures are downloaded by the property or company owners, not the travel agents we don’t have the right to download any pictures of rooms or the properties, we travel agents just book for clients who selected the rooms from hotels and resorts from the websites..I’ll let my families and friends never to stay this property
