This place is titled ‘cute and cosy’ but would be more accurately described as ‘clean and comfortable’. The three double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made generous accommodation. However the location was noisy which could be improved by better maintained window seals. The finishings and furnishings were surprisingly basic. The latch on the upstairs ensuite bathroom was broken and we replaced the flat batteries in all the clocks. It lacked soul and character such as a few books and games and a few bits of quirky furniture that make a place homely. There weren’t even a few serving/salad bowls or a decent serving spoon and soft furnishings were scanty, grubby and in poor repair. Hence I gave it 3/5.

Property located on a busy street in an industrial area and property is in need of refurbishment. Photos used in the advertising were not accurate/current and they only allow you to use 1 of the 2 garages. Property did not feel secure and you certainly don't feel like you're in a "Central GC location".
