Friendly staff walking distance to beach and many food options around. But you would expect much more from Novotel, the rooms were pretty average , stained balcony, bed sheets was not changed for a week which we stayed in.

I absolutely loved the location of this place - we got the ocean view room and the view from the balcony was stunning! The customer service is amazing and what’s really amazing is the staff understand the flexibility one needs while travelling - I was allowed early check in and to leave my luggage in the concierge after check out and this was a big relief. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

The location is perfect with the beach right next street. Overall the experience was wonderful

Great location, awesome breakfast buffet, we had no real issues. The room needed dusting and the windows and mirrors needed a decent wipe but otherwise no complaints. Would come back again after the renovations are completed.
