「It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities.」

「NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly. Additionally, you couldn't flush toilet paper. This isn't a huge issue as we've been to Greece, but this was not communicated...

「Our family enjoyed staying on this mountainside cabin overlooking Lake Lucerne. Beautiful boat trip from downtown Lucerne to experience city life and nice to come back and wind down in quiet mountainside just below the summit of Mount Rigi.
