「The host cancelled last minute. I sent a message via VRBO app 14 hours before just to touch base with him. He didn’t respond. When I called him to let him know we would be getting in late, he told me the house is not functional. He was apologetic. But left us high and dry. We searched all the hotels in Reykjavík and all were full due to the pride parade happening. I tried calling him back to help settle this with VRBO and he ghosted me. I’m sure he’s a nice guy. But sleeping at the airport...

「We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! Our host was responsive, answered all of our questions, left us detailed notes regarding the home, and accommodated our travel needs. The home was lovely, spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The home is just a short walk from downtown which we found to be really convenient. Thank you for helping to make our vacation so wonderful.」
