“Friendly and helpful staff, also a plus when you were welcomed with their famous tiramisu. It has a bus stop nearby going to the old town. Overall is a great stay but the sound isolation isn’t great - also disappointed with the bath water as it appeared yellow.”

“Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . ”

“In der Beschreibung ist alles anders wie vor Ort. Man durfte nicht auf die Dachterrasse. Die gehört anscheinend nicht dem Hotel. Absolut unverständlich. Der Zustand des Hotels ist etwas heruntergekommen. Nicht mehr auf dem besten Stand. ”

“Unser Aufenthalt im Lionel Hotel Istanbul war rundum hervorragend. Service, Sauberkeit und Komfort waren auf höchstem Niveau. Vom Empfang bis zum Check-out verlief alles absolut stressfrei und professionell, wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterin Günes, die jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam war. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war jeden Tag ausgezeichnet, alles war immer gepflegt und……

“Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had……

“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”
