Came home on the last night to find strangers with access to the property. Because the property manager had put me in the wrong property no refund was offered poor communication and unwillingness to accept fault.

Too many surprises

The first surprise was being asked to put used toilet paper in the trashcan instead of the toilet. I had to go back-and-forth a couple times to find out why and the host said they’ve had trouble with people over stuffing & over flowing the toilet. I will add he said if we were more comfortable putting it in the toilet then to feel free to do so. The photos of the interior of this property are accurate. What you don’t see is that the rental is connected to another rental and has a trailer in the back of the property, both of which have tenants. The rental was clean but we visited in July and the bugs were so horrible that we understood why there was a huge bug zapper in the house. The amount of bugs dead on the counter is the only reason I gave it a four star instead of five for cleanliness.Property would benefit from a gravel driveway and parking spot. When you turn in, there’s just a dirt path with huge potholes.Beds were comfy and so were the couches. It’s a cute spot all in all and the host was very communicative and respectful.
