「This was a VERY nice hotel. . Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was Wonderful especially our house-keeper Toshia. Other staff was really accomodating also. The ONLY problem I had was that the exterior door locks would not always work for us with our room keys」

「When I was checking in, the Internet was completely out, which made the hotel have to work in a manual state. I feel like they handled the situation very professionally, into the best of their ability. We’re so dependent on the Internet, that it can be really challenging when it is unavailable during such a crucial time as heavy check-in. The only thing I would suggest is with housekeeping, stated that we didn’t need service while we were there, but I asked for additional pillows with the...

「We came into town for a concert and stayed at your hotel. The location &. hotel were perfect. Only complaint was the employee at the front desk. She was not friendly checking us in nor friendly checking us out. She had an attitude that was righteous & entitled, we were not impressed. 」

「Check in was very easy. We stayed for a very quick overnight trip for a Concert at the Mid Florida Amphitheater. Our room was very clean, and bed very comfortable. The view was of the roof so blinds stayed closed. This is a nice Hotel, but could definitely use an update on the outside. 」
