"I had a small single room with an excellent view over the city to the Sava river. The shower unit was good with powerful hot water. The buffet breakfast was very good .nd the breakfast room was superb. The hotel has a piano bar that was very busy when I was there."

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future."

The hotel is located in a mall that is not in great shape; the hotel itself is like an oasis and is really well-furnished especially when compared to its surroundings. The team was exceedingly helpful, ensured that I got to the airport on time to catch an early plane. The price was great. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, for anyone concerned.
