A big and wonderful city

It was just wonderful. The weather was terrible hot near 40º but didn’t let us enjoy this beautiful city. It was great after visiting the city, return to the hotel to rest so comfortable. A little far from the center but easy to get by taxi, tram or bus

I had to check out early next day, so I communicated with staff members and checked out before 5 pm, was told that I will not get any reimbursement back even though there policy was s to reimburse guests if they check out before 5. So manager and the receptionist charged me for full 2 days and did nothing. Additionally my room was directly above the major event so I had LOUD music and noise All night long and of course not even apology from staff members or compensation. No rest All night long or any sleep.
