“I love the simplicity of this model. Relaxed feeling, but quality comfy and nothing is a problem. Staff are wonderful. All of them. I left smiling thinking yep, Ive worked hard. Happy to spend my coin on a wonderful stay. I didn't like the digital check-in, I go on holiday to escape digital. I dont want to enter all my details, I want to have customer service, made to feel welcome. The time it takes to correct mistakes for people. You may have done it yourself at reception and not annoyed……

“Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory”

“I loved my stay ideal position for everything in magaluf staff very accommodating I would definitely stay again the apartment was very clean and great having a kitchenette ”

“The food was amazing, position to both the strip and Palma nova ideal . It’s on a steep slope so challenging for wheelchair access, ok once you are in the hotel , it’s beautiful and I’d recommend it for cleanliness and food plus location.”

“Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only. Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options……

“Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.”

“I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality……
