「Son ya muchos años pasando dias de descanso en el hotel. El equipo, aparte de ser el mismo en muchos casos, son encantadores, y tienen un trato exqusito hacia nosotros. Aparte es in gran hotel para las mascotas, donde la hacen sentir como un invitado vip. El edificio y las vistas son unicas.」

「Hôtel de très bonne qualité, idéalement situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La vue sur la cathédrale et le port est magnifique. Le mini-bar dans la chambre est payant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d’une Audi Q6 e-tron pendant une journée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec du champagne et des macarons, a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Seul petit point...

「酒店地點位於半山, 山下附近有一個大商場,走路上去至少要十分鐘,如果有小朋友同老人絕對不會推薦,除非有車代步.房間暖氣被關掉花費了很久才被解決,因為前台晚上值班只有一個人.泳池看起來不錯,健身房要走出泳池才可以去到,沒有跟酒店連在一起.早餐不過不失,房間不大兩個人剛好夠用衛生情況滿意」

「Very nice breakfast but only start at 8:00 am only. Unable to have it as we have morning flight to leave at 9:30. Overall service is good and parking is convenience.」

「The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.」

「Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay....
