Sardinia, 4 km from Porto Rotondo, less than half an hour from the airport and the port of Olbia, just in front of one of the most beautiful and best equipped beach of the area. The apartment is surrounded by the beautiful garden of the condominium. It is situated close to the freshwater swimming pool with lifeguard. The car park is private and numbered. A few steps away is a restaurant and bar that sells water, bread, milk, newspapers and cigarettes. Especially suitable for families with children. Swimming pool period normally from 15/6 to 15/9. (swimming pool not available for summer2021)

Großartige Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand und zum Hafen ist es auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Hier findet man wirklich alles was man braucht. sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect stay!
We had a perfect stay at Germana's appartment in Marinella. The location is amazing, right on the beautiful beach and amazing views from the balcony. The apartment is fully equiped with everything you might need and it was very clean too. My son enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a morning at the beach. We will definitely come back.

Ansprechende Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Die Wohnung lebt von der Terrasse. Traumhafter Ausblick auf den Golf von Marinella. Leider keine Moskitonetze, so das es sehr unruhige Nächte waren. Kein WLAN und kein einziger deutscher TV Sender. Ansonsten alles ok, problemloser Check In und Out mit dem Vermieter.

Positiv: - Terrasse mit Ausblick Negativ: - Wohnungseinrichtung ist sehr alt. Im Inserat ist Renovierung 2019 angegeben. Keine Ahnung, was da angeblich renoviert wurde. - Wohnung war leider nicht sauber, so dass wir erstmal nach Ankunft putzen mussten. Endreinigung mussten wir dann trotzdem bezahlen…. - In der Wohnung im Küchenbereich starker unangenehmer Geruch. Wir haben bis zur Abreise nicht feststellen können, woher dieser kam. - Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig - Spülmaschine undicht Fazit: Keine Empfehlung. Bucht lieber woanders.

Beautiful Location
Really good stay would 100% recommend. We stayed as a family of 5 - my wife and I and our 3 daughters aged between 7 and 12. In terms of the booking and check in process the communication with Laura was perfect throughout. The apartment itself is in a beautiful location and the views are even better in person than they appear in the photos - you also get a lovely view of the sunset over the hills at the end of the bay. The beach and pool are within a 1 minute walk of the apartment whilst the marina with restaurants is approx 5 minute walk and the supermarket is approx a 10 minute walk. The supermarket stocked a fairly wide array of items and prices were fine. The apartment has everything you need with all manner of items. Although no aircon throughout there are several fans of varying types available to use - even with these it was very hot in the evenings to sleep but given we stayed in August that was to be expected. I have read on some other reviews about the noise from the bar on the beach - we didn't find this an issue at all as the bar is some distance away. The music is still relatively loud when sitting out on the terrace at night although only at for instance the same volume as background music in a restaurant might be - we didn't find this a problem at all. The only problem we had was that both my wife and eldest daughter were unable to lock the front door - to lock the door it seems to take a special technique and for whatever reason they struggled to get the key to turn and never were able to master it. Overall this is a stunning apartment in a beautiful location with wonderful communication and support from the hosts! We would love to stay again in the future!

Lovely Location
Location was amazing couldn’t really get closer to such a lovely beach which was our main goal. Pool was good too and the apartment has a really large terrace- overall a great location if you have children. Thank you!

wundervoller Golfo di Marinella
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die großartige Dachterasse und der kurze Weg zum wundervollen sardischen Meer. Innerhalb der Anage habe zu nunserer Reisezeit (Anfang Juni) relativ viele Bauarbeiten und Saisonvorbereitungsarbeiten (lärm- und staubintensiv) stattgefunden. Wir würden zu einer anderen Zeit wiederkommen. Das Fehlen eines einzigen TV Senders in englischer Sprache und eines Wlan-Netzes erfordern entweder hohe mobile Datennutzungsmöglichkeit oder das Einlegen einer Internet-Detox Woche.
