Costa Smeralda Holiday Apartment T15

Are you dreaming of a relaxing holiday in Sardinia? This apartment is located a few steps from the white sand beach and the most suggestive places of the Costa Smeralda. On the private terrace of over 100m² you can enjoy your holiday with a splendid view of the sea, Golfo Aranci and the island of Figarolo. The terrace offers 2 dining areas, 2 relaxation areas and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with stove, sink and dishwasher.

The apartment is characterized by the large windows that surround it and which guarantee the sea view from every corner of the apartment.

The house has been tastefully decorated in a Mediterranean style and offers every comfort for your holiday: 2 beautiful double bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, TV with satellite channels, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washer / dryer, kitchenette with large fridge and freezer.

The resort has outdoor parking spaces, approximately 40 meters from the apartment.

For larger groups we also offer the possibility to book the apartment next door, which can be connected from the terrace with this unit. In this way, you can spend a holiday with your family or friends, up to 10 people.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. In a few minutes you will reach dozens of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, some of them even on foot! The ferry arrives in Golfo Aranci and it will only take you 10 minutes from the port to the apartment.

We recommend having a car during your stay.

Possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

Great view but needs upgrading

This is a flat with absolutely gorgeous view, great location (although very hard to find with the instructions as they are); Great to have A/C functioning well, and comfortable beds. However some parts are a bit disappointing and make it look like a very used rental: bed sheets are leopard prints and random roses not fitting together, bathroom could need a refresh a it's a bit old and dirty, there are 1 million glasses and plates but not more than 3 that look the same; it looks a bit like everything that every tenant that the property got stayed as it was...

Traumhafter Meerblick

Hallo, ich hoffe ich kann euch mit meiner Folgenden Bewertung die Entscheidung erleichtern… Zunächst die Buchung lief unkompliziert und ohne weitere Problem. Als wir in der Unterkunft angekommen waren mussten wir erst einmal nach jemandem suchen der uns weiterhelfen konnte und uns die Unterkunft zeigt! Der Schlüssel ist in einem Schlüsseltresor hinterlegt für den man einen PIN benötigt der uns aber leider nicht mitgeteilt wurde doch der Hausmeister Christian half uns freundlicherweise weiter so dass wir die Unterkunft beziehen konnten! Leider gab es weder eine Übergabe noch eine Abnahme der Unterkunft so dass wir weitgehend alles selber rausfinden mussten, was aber auch kein all zu großes Problem war. Die Klimaanlage hat leider die ersten 4 Tage nicht funktioniert allerdings wurde nach dem wir dies gemeldet hatten umgehen repariert. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber ansonsten in Ordnung, schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage und der Traumhafte Meerblick sind einzigartig und laden zum verweil ein. Die Unterkunft wurde über mygardenhollyday vermietet die auch gleichzeitig Ansprechpartner für alle Belangen sind, der Kontakt lief über Whats App und war gut. Auch die Zahlung und Rückerstattung der Kaution war ohne Beanstandung! Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner gelungener Urlaub und wir würden die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder Buchen. Great location if you have a car

The view is incredible! The balconies were awesome. The apartment layout worked well for our group. It was an easy walk to the beaches which were not crowded. However … The AC barely worked so it was hard to sleep. There is no internet. It took two hours to figure out how to get a cab to our location to get back to the airport which made this very stressful. I would suggest a list of cab companies that speak English and some directions of who to call on the table or fridge for future guests. Where the nearest grocery store is would also help. I would stay again if I were to ever return to Sardinia.

Tolle Unterkunft mit unbeschreiblichem Ausblick

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem wirklich großartigen Blick auf das Meer. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich die Sonne in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich Hygineartikel wie Handseife und Toilettenpapier waren leer oder fast leer. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war im Vorfeld schwierig im Sinne, das auf Mails nicht reagiert wurde. Ein Anruf dort hat aber dann alles ok Minuten geklärt und alles weitere war unkompliziert. Da es im Oktober schon sehr frisch war abends und nachts hätten wir gerne die Klimaanlage genutzt um die Wohnung etwas zu erwärmen (insbesondere mit kleinem Kind) und da die Decken sehr dünn sind, leider hat diese nicht funktioniert und der Hausmeister kam nicht. Alles in allem aber ein trotzdem großartiger Aufenthalt.
