Located in the peaceful area of Baja Caddinas in Golfo Aranci, Villa Mathis is just minutes from the beautiful Quarta and Quinta beaches, set in a prestigious residential setting.



The villa is spread over three levels connected by a private internal elevator. The upper floor features a carefully and elegantly furnished living area, seamlessly connected to the covered terrace and private pool, complete with a relaxation area and sun deck.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need for your stay.



The sleeping area is on the lower floor and offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.



An external staircase leads to the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy stunning sea views and outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing moments.



A reserved parking space is available inside the property.
