"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside.
The staircase inside is very tight and carrying suitcases up is quite difficult. Once inside, the room is clean...

"The resort was so clean and beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So luxurious, comfortable beds, gorgeous room, delicious breakfast. The hotel staff was amazing. The only feedback I would give is to change the breakfast buffet items daily for guests who are dining daily and also to have more vegetarian options. We felt very much at home at the Grand Mayfull! Would return!"
