Its name comes from the small terrace with a sea view, a special spot from which to gaze at the horizon, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy moments of tranquility amidst the sound of the waves and the light of the sunset.

Located just a few steps from the beach, the house allows you to experience the sea in a spontaneous and relaxed way: it only takes a few steps to find yourself with your feet in the sand, spending the day between the sun, water, and sea breeze.

Access is through an outdoor space that features a practical foot wash, very useful when returning from the beach. From here, you enter the house through a French door leading to the living area, a cozy and functional space with an equipped kitchenette, a kitchen island with stools, and a table with benches for social moments. A small sofa completes the setting, ideal for relaxing after a day at sea. The house is served by Wi-Fi connection.

Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a shower. A sturdy wooden staircase, equipped with safety nets for children, leads to the mezzanine with exposed wooden beams, where the two double beds are located.
