“We loved our stay in this traditional Japanese home! Kibana is a beautiful area surrounded by nature. We didn't have a car, but it only took about 10 minutes to walk to the train station, and 20-25 minutes to walk to either A-Coop, MaxValu, or Direx grocery stores. Same for the Lawson, FamilyMart, or 7-11. Aoshima is only a few train stops away. The Kumano staff was great at communicating via email. The use of a bike (with a lock) made trips to the grocery store a lot quicker. Just don't……
