“This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. “The River Guesthouse is absolutely stunning with a beautiful river view. It is in pristine condition with amazing decor, and is quite impressive. The rooms are well designed, comfortable and spacious with comfortable beds, television, end tables, chairs, cabinets and countertops. The bathrooms are clean and bright with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The breakfast room is gorgeous, and breakfast is delicious and made to order. “This is a new hotel so the facilities are in great condition. The room was huge, with an additional outdoor shower and a great view. Dinner (steak) was outstanding. Only thing to watch out for is the road getting to the hotel. Watch out for the potholes and stray animals. ”

“Very special place had our sister inlaw with us, who is from one of the local hotels, she was very impressed Met Abby the graffiti what an amazing experience. Low shedding happened every couple of hours wich i thought would impact our stay, but wasn't an issue. Loved and would go back if we ever come back to East London. You wont be sorry”

“Had a mistake with the online booking this is a thing that we find can happen via a portal like hotels.com and has happened to us on a few occasions . The staff here were brilliant though couldn’t help the first night went over and above to ensure the second was in a suitable room we had booked with balcony and sea view ”
