Scenic drive from Yass to property, winding through the countryside. The views from the cottage really are amazing. The cottage is comfortable and quiet, a very peaceful place.

Jacquie and Michael are wonderful hosts. Accomodation is quaint , clean and perfect for two. Safe area for our dogs who loved dipping their toe beans in after a long drive in the car. Would definately love to come back and spend a couple of days reading drink8ng

Amazing location in the hills

Really enjoyed our stay here. Jacquie was very helpful and super friendly. Patch was also equally as friendly and there to greet us upon arrival. We will be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool and decking

Perfect home away from home

The house was perfect for our very quick trip to NSW it was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast was provided. Our dogs were able to stay and had plenty of room to run around. The views are spectacular you can sit on the verandah and take a moment to enjoy the scenery. The hosts were really lovely people.

Wonderful holiday

Jacqui and the dogs were so lovely and accommodating. Really friendly and we loved the visits from Elsa, Shadow and Patch. The location is superb and it was so good to get away from the rat race of Sydney. Having the pool was just what the doctor ordered. I would definitely visit again and recommend Amazing Views B&B to others.

Cosy for Winter

2nd visit here, convenient halfway between Sydney and Albury so long as you’re prepared for your evening meal. Cosy, stunning views and great hosts. Fabulous for our pups as well. First weekend of Winter and we were warm and cosy.

Beautiful views and relaxing bird sounds

Host was so so lovely and cooked a delicious meal for dinner. At the time of booking I did not realise the hosts dogs would be on the other side of the pool fence so my reactive dogs were noisy which I hope did not disturb the hosts. Otherwise a very relaxing stay.

Fabulous retreat

Loved this property, chose because it's pet friendly but can't deny the views and ambience were outstanding! Well appointed with most of what you need for a short break, separate bedroom and bathroom, cosy lounge/dining, pool on the doorstep and jaw-dropping views of Lake Hume and surrounding countryside. Generous continental breakfast included, and good options to heat up our evening meal. Jacquie, our host, was warm and welcoming and so were her pups Elsa and Shadow. We loved this place!!

Rural Rest Stop

This is cosy clean accommodation in a quite rural location. 20 minutes off the main highway. Well worth the diversion. Well appointed lodgings with magnificent views of the valley and lake. Also has a pool, for warmer months. Highly recommended.

Stunning and made to feel very welcome

We came with our 14 year old little staffie dog. Up a dirt track road through stunning countryside to a most amazing place. We were made to feel so welcome and we were made to feel alone in such a beautiful location. Lots of little extras made us feel so welcome and cared for. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rebook. Thank you so much.

Absolutely wonderful!

You have to go to Good Hope to see for yourself. Words could not give it justice. Mandy, our dog, went around the pool, but resisted jumping in. She just loves swimming pools. The views, well, imagine you are in God’s country.

Beautiful location

A cattle and sheep property that is quiet and peaceful with a stunning view. We had a delicious evening meal that was prearranged with the property owner. The portions were generous and very enjoyable. It was a cold night but we were warm and cosy. My only concern was that there is no fence between the accommodation and the pool. Our dog is elderly and is sight impaired and so we had to keep him inside most of the time in case he fell into the pool. Other than that the property was terrific.

Fabulous short stay in the countryside

Excellent overnight stay whilst travelling between Melbourne & Sydney. Lovely little poolside house. All the amenities we required and great hosts. Our dog enjoyed the stay just as much as we did!
