"Our stay was nice however we called ahead to make sure the hot tub was operating and they said it was…the kids tried it when we arrived but it was barely warm. The heat in our room worked when we arrived but only for a short time. We froze all night. The breakfast was ok."

"I would say the room was clean, but not well cared for. The property is old, which is not the issue, but it is starting to look like lipstick on a pig in our particular room. Poor paint job, sticking bathroom door dings in the walls, etc. The mattresses were awful and my wife and child slept very poorly. I chose this hotel because of the star rating, but it's readily apparent that it's not accurate to the property and we were misled. "

"I got double charged and still waiting for my refund. The halls smelled awful, the rooms were worn, had no lamps (nothing between the beds), the towels were ragged. Overpriced for what it was. I will never stay at an Econolodge again. "

"Recommend staying elsewhere. Updates are needed both inside and outside rooms. Staff is not receptive to any sort of customer service related requests. "

"Clean room. Easy parking. Nothing in vending machines but the gas station is really close. No refund on the day I didn’t stay, even buying Expedia insurance."
