"We stayed for three nights. Accommodation was VERY disappointing. Had to pay in cash. Location was remote. Room was very small. Third bed was broken. Toilet seat was broken. Shower door would not close. Room was not serviced. There was as a dog onsite that roamed freely, attempted to bite my children, and was a general pest. No staff onsite after 6 pm. Only redeeming quality was the lady that worked there. She was very friendly but could not speak any English. Breakfast was okay. "

"While searching for a place to stay near Sultan Sazlığı, we came across Theodora Village House. The photos were appealing, so we decided to give it a try. "The place was stunning, very clean, is a very short walk from all the restaurants. Yunus was very helpful, he helped me arrange the Turkish dinner, Air balloons, laundry and helped me to get the taxi. He was very kind and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this place 👌"

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room was so impressive and lovingly decorated. We enjoyed our own balcony. The staff were so friendly and kind. The breakfast and teatime treats were delicious. And a final touch were the two adorable kittens playing in the courtyard. We would stay here again."

"This hotel was so amazing that I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The reception is open 24/7 and able to answer any question you have regarding your stay. The owner Hasan and his family made the stay even more memorable with the exceptional hospitality. They happily provided prayer mats when we requested them. Osman arranged our hot air balloon flight that truly was the highlight of the trip! They were very proactive and informed us of all the activities there is to do in Goreme. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast area has stunning views of Goreme and had many delicious options. There are many sitting areas around the hotel conveniently near the rooms where we brought snacks and drinks and enjoyed relaxing there. In addition, those same sitting areas provide exceptional views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The hotel is near the center without being too noisy or busy. Truly the best hotel in Goreme. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting Goreme. Do not think twice before booking this hotel as you surely will have an amazing experience."
