「職員親切有禮，回應及時。下午五時才能入住有點可惜，因為冬天時下午四點多就日落了。餐食很豐富，我們入住前去超市採購了些食物結果都吃不完。本身提供的食物和飲品就很充足。早上富士山的景色也很漂亮，溫泉及桑拿也很棒！」

「到河口湖駅約十多分鐘巴士，但班次較疏及尾班車很早收，酒店再向山上走可到富士山遙拜所、母の白滝，約三十多分鐘路程，但景色十分優美，值得一遊。附近較少食店，晚餐選擇更少，越夜越難找。住宿有兩層十分寬敞，地下有獨立燒烤地方，二樓有大露枱，看到大部份富士山，住宿內設備齊全，不喜燒烤亦有廚具可煮食，公用地方有洗衣機。房東十分熱情友善，離開時還駕車送我們至富士山駅，真的感謝！」
