"It’s nice to have a mini-breakfast from Tulley’s coffee provided by the hotel. It’s nice that the hotel can store our luggage before checking in, however, that didn’t happen after we checked out at 10am. Two bottles of water were given when we checked in but none was provided after the first day of our stay. Nonetheless, the hotel is conveniently located next to the JR station."

"這次入住 Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi 整體體驗很好，很適合規劃富士山親子旅行或自由行的旅客。 早餐分為 A／B 兩棟用餐，入住時記得先確認自己的早餐地點。餐點雖然簡單，但補充速度快、座位也算舒適。 飯店提供免費接駁車往返河口湖車站，對沒有自駕的旅客非常方便，搭車移動輕鬆很多。房間隔音不錯，晚上相當安靜，床也比想像中大，睡起來很舒服。 周邊生活機能佳，附近有超市、便利商店以及不少餐廳，晚上買東西或吃宵夜都方便。整體來說 CP 值很高，下次來河口湖還會想再入住。"

"Very easy for check-in and out , staffs are very helpful. The room look a bit small but it is clean and tidy. Parking is great and very convience located. If you are not driving a car there is shuttle bus running to train station every hour. Onsen is good even it does take you walk around 8~10 min to another building. The breadfast room view was awesome! One side you can look at the Highland park , the other side will have a very nice view of Mt. Fuji (If the weather is clear)"

"A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm."

"這次是我們第一次入住了，酒店位於墓地附近，酒店內外及設施新，有很多免費停車位。 我們很晚才駕車到達酒店辦理入住手續，分配了5樓的房間給我們，房間與資訊提供的圖片一樣潔淨明亮，非常寬敞舒適，但我們嗅到一陣臭渠味道，打開窗户嘗試把臭味散去，打開後的確會好一點，但當時正值溫度只有幾度的天氣，不可能長時間打開窗戶，便到前台向男職員反映事件，男職員很敷衍地就向我們表示房間已滿，沒有房間可更換，我們當晚唯有打開少少窗戶盡量將嗅味減少。到次日晨早，我們再到前台向女職員反映事件情況，女職員細心地為我們查看電腦資料之，向我們表示6樓有相同房型的房間可讓我們更換，並即時帶領我們先到6樓房間檢查及確實一下有沒有問題，經我們細心嗅了很久後，確實沒有任何異味，並即時由她協助下讓我們即時將所有行李從5樓有嗅味的房間轉到6樓的房間，能夠得到她盡力協助真的她的服務態度非常好！但另一方面我們都想，為什麼6樓的房間那麼早就已經準備好讓住客入住，但前一晚那麼晚男職員就表示沒有房間可以讓我們更換呢？整件事實在太耐人尋味了！"
