Oyama Subasiri Onsen Tenkei Hotels

"nice place"

"目の前の雄大な富士山を眺めつつ、ゆったりと自由に、我が家のように過ごすことができたと思います。 常に連絡を取り合うことができ、細かいお願いも、対応してくださり、とても親切でした。"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The property is poorly maintained, and the facilities feel neglected. The food quality was terrible, leaving much to be desired for anyone expecting a decent meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable or enjoyable stay."

"Fantastic selection at buffet breakfast . Wonderful Onsen"

"Amazing, modern hotel within walking distance of Gotemba Premium Outlets! Plus, you can enjoy incredible views of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky enough to catch a clear day."

"Incredible stay and staff. The cafe was closed so that was disappointing but other than that it was amazing"

"Lots of amenities and privacy. Great location to stay."

"Lovely stay"

"The hosts were fantastic, plenty of parking free, common area with amenities, including swiss hot cocoa!! We met very interesting people there because you feel like at home. "

"Exceeded all expectations!!!! Amazing and relaxing just what we needed"

"It is a clean and spacious house with a great view of Mt. Fuji especially in the morning. Be quiet though, especially when outside, so as not to distrub the not-so-friendly neighbors."

"Property layout was exactly as listed. Nice little place that has a tiny home living feel with a good amount of amenities attached. Good amount of space. Nice and quiet. Great restaurants in the area as well."

"Visited with my family recently. It’s a family owned property, excellent service and very friendly staff. Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! Enjoyed Ryokan with traditional night wear too ! We would highly recommend this wonderful place at foothills in Mt. Fuji with Lake Yamanakako lake in walkable distance."

"Great overall stay and very helpful staff"

"One of the most enjoyable stays thus far during my trip to Japan!"

"とても快適に過ごすことができました。チェックイン時の待ち時間に宿泊者シートを書いてお待ちくださいなどの案内があれば、もう少しスムーズにチェックインできたかなと思います。 シニア犬なのでベッドではないほうが良かったので和室を予約しましたが、モダンな感じでとても良かったです。"

"Advertise pick up / drop off service to local bus stops (Mt Fuji station) It is offered once you arrive."

"Very good"

"Perfect if you want an old-fashioned, really traditional Japanese inn experience. Shared public bath, views of the lake, futon bedding in tatami rooms (sit on the floor), breakfast is hot rice with a raw egg or ochazuke… it’s hard to find places like that anymore. And the bus to wherever you want to go stops either at the hotel or across the street."
