Wonderful hotel with amazing views of Mount Fuji from rooms, restaurant and baths. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this hotel right next to the train station. Good restaurants close by.

The hotel is new and conveniently located right next to the train station. We were lucky to be able to see Mt Fuji from the room. Excellent selection of buffet breakfast. Sparkling clean room. Very professional staff. We had a very nice stay!

Great stay. The view of Fuji from the onsen is amazing. Quiet rooms and good amenities. Note a lot of things are closed on Mondays so plan accordingly.

Overall this hotel was a great experience. The open air onsen was the star of the show. The view of mount fuiji was breathtaking! The one downside to this hotel was that there’s not a ton to do immediately surrounding the hotel, however it is literally right next to the station making travel convenient and easy.

What we liked the most this hotel was the Onsen on the 14th floor. It was so relaxing and unique with a view of the mountains. It was also very convenient to the JR line.

Not as good as other hotels of the same chain. It is however conveniently located next to the main terminal for the bullet train. The rooms have nice big windows, but the view makes them unnecessary. It might be nice on the side where Mt. Fuji is, but not the other side and the black out curtains are not the best.
